The Forcefield Bahama Shutter is a very distinctive shutter that offers Florida Building and Miami/Dade code strength that can actually add beauty to your home. The Bahama's are a welded product for added strength that are then powder coated in our bright white and delivered to you ready for installation. The installation of the Bahama shutter is surprisingly easy and once installed it remains in place year round. Unlike most other storm protection products, the Bahama shutter can be extended away from the house to allow for better air flow and light penetration. Even when it's in the closed position, the Bahama louvers allow for some daylight penetration so you don't have that "cave" feeling you get with other products.
