When installing your panels you can "run" them either vertically or horizontally. You can use track or mount them direct to your home. To save money you can also mix in the aluminum panels with your clears. All panels come cut to length and pre-punched so no drilling of holes is needed unless you need to cut down your panels.
Choose your panels by measuring your openings and finding the size that will cover your opening with at least a 3 inch overlap on each side of the opening. For example, if your opening height is 80 inches you need at least an 86 inch long panel. Remember, if the panel you have to buy is too long for your application, these can be easily cut down to size with a circular saw using a fine tooth blade, or we offer custom cutting for an additional charge.
Note:
The panels are sold in pre-set lengths. Make sure you order panels long enough to fit. You can always cut them down with a fine tooth blade on a circular saw but you can't stretch them...obviously. If you prefer to order custom cut panels, that option is available for an extra $1.00 per lineal foot per panel. Call for more details on custom sizing.
