The Forcefield Impact Domes and Skylights are designed to be a direct replacement for homes that do not have the hurricane rated impact skylights. All you do is measure the base of your existing skylight, order the new one the same size, literally unscrew and remove your existing skylight and replace it with your new one. There is no roofing work needed or anything special like that. Our Impact Skylights are avialable in a variety of base colors and "glass" tints (clear, grey and bronze).
